1 - Preamble.
1.1. Any data or information sent or transmitted to the Proprietor shall be used strictly for the purposes of videochat service (and other site's primary functions) and in accordance with privacy regulations. 2 - Data collection.
2.1. Treatment of the data concerned is performed using procedures that guarantee respect for the privacy rights of the user and consists of its collection, registration, organization, archiving, processing, modification, selection, retrieval, comparison, use, interconnection, grouping, communication, circulation, cancellation and destruction, also via a combination of two or more of the aforementioned procedures. This site may automatically collect information about the User's PC. This information can include IP address, browser used, service provider, date, location, pages of the site visited and other parameters. Such information shall concern only this site and shall be for internal use only, serving to improve the quality of service offered to the User.
3 - Data integrity and confidentiality.

5 - Legal requests.

6 - Password management.
6.1. The User is responsible for all actions carried out via his own login and password. The User is advised to not reveal his password to any third party. If the User loses control of his password, he could compromise his own personal information and be held to account for any transactions carried out.
7 - Use of cookies.

b) specify an explicit request of account cancellation;
c) include the login used for the account registration;
The User's personal account will be deleted as soon as possible, in accordance with the Terms of Service. The Proprietor may keep the information which the User has requested to be cancelled, on his own server, in case of controversy, technical problems or legal problems.
9 - Changes to this Privacy Policy.
9.1. The Proprietor reserves the right to change this Privacy Policy at any time. We will notify you about significant changes in the way we treat personal information by sending a notice to the primary e-mail address specified in your Prosexcam.com account or by placing a prominent notice on our site. All changes to the Privacy Policy will be effective when posted, and your continued use of any service of this site after the posting will constitute your acceptance of, and agreement to be bound by, those changes.
